Everything that God does is beautiful. God doesn't do ugly.
Beautiful things bear witness to God's love and care. They are perpetual
reminders that God created a good world, and that life is also good.
It's easy to forget about God and to focus on other things. A plethora of
problems and a paucity of hope blinds people to the presence of God.
Spiritual blindness runs rampant on planet earth. People struggle with all
sorts of addictions, depression, loneliness, and they don't see how there is
any hope. It's just for folks like these that God created beauty to remind
them of his love.
God is never far from us. We swim in his ocean of beauty, and we are
immersed in his ocean of love. All we need to do is open our eyes and
experience it.
